Our passion for serving others reaches far beyond the walls of our church and the boundaries of our local communities.
|United Methodist Committee on Relief||Imagine No Malaria||Operation Christmas Child|
|Organizations such as the United Methodist Committe on Relief (UMCOR)are dedicated to alleviating human suffering around the globe. The United Methodist Church of Westford offers you the opportunity to leverage your passion to serve those in need literally all over the world.||Our youth recently raised a signficant amount of money to support the United Methodist Imagine No Malaria campaign, which provides nets that protect people from disease-carrying mosquitos while they sleep.||Every year during the holiday season, our children put together shoeboxes loaded with gifts and personal letters for other less fortunate young people. These treasures -- sometimes the first gift a child has ever received -- communicate that someone truly cares for them and helps them personally experience the love of God.|
|Holiday Drive for Maine's Penobscot Tribe|
|For the past several years, many youth and adult volunteers have spent a week in rural Maine helping families and individuals with much needed home repair projects.||We also honor Jesus by providing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for this Native American tribe in Maine, as well as presents for their children.|
