Youth Sunday School

"Train up a child in the way he should go, so that even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

Children are a special gift from God, and our job as caretakers is to raise them in a loving, nurturing environment according to Christian principals. One way we do that is by teaching them about about God, Jesus, and all the many stories and lessons in the bible.

To help you raise Christian children, the United Methodist Church of Westford offers Sunday school classes to children in pre-school through high school in our new, state-of-the art education building. Classes are held during worship services on most Sundays during the school year. During the summer months, special programs for children through elementary school are held on Sundays during worship. All children—whether visitors, regular attendees, or somewhere in between—are encouraged to attend Sunday school.

Sunday school is held during worship services, which begin at 9:30. Children are released from the service to attend Sunday school after the children’s sermon. Caring adults using age-appropriate curriculum teach the classes.
